DEFINITIONS
You Your Passenger Client means the person or persons in whose name and or on whose behalf the booking has been made
We Us Our Company means TGOTRIP a unit of TGOTRIP INDIA engaged in providing travel and holiday services
Service Provider means any airline hotel transport company restaurant or other third party that provides services as part of the travel arrangements
OUR ROLE
TGOTRIP acts solely as a travel and holiday organizer
We do not own operate or control airlines cruise lines transport companies hotels restaurants or other service providers
All services are supplied by independent contractors and service providers over whom TGOTRIP has no direct control
CONTRACT BASIS
These General Terms and Conditions together with the package specific itinerary terms and any written quotations or handouts form the contract between you and TGOTRIP INDIA
By making a booking you accept and agree to be bound by these terms
BOOKING POLICY
All bookings must be made using the booking channels provided by TGOTRIP
A booking is confirmed only when we issue a booking confirmation and full or partial payment is received as per the payment terms
You must provide complete accurate and current passenger details at the time of booking
PAYMENT TERMS
All payments must be made in the currency specified in the quotation
Deposit payments are required to confirm the booking as per the package terms
Final payments must be received by the due date communicated in the booking confirmation
If payment is not received by the due date TGOTRIP reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be sent to TGOTRIP in writing using the official contact channels
Cancellation charges apply and are calculated from the date of receipt of the written cancellation request
Cancellation charges vary by supplier and service and may include full loss of deposit or full booking cost for certain suppliers
We will not be liable for refunds until we recover funds from the supplier
AMENDMENTS
Any request to change a confirmed booking is treated as an amendment and is subject to availability and additional charges
Change requests must be sent in writing
Suppliers may charge amendment fees which will be passed on to you
PRICES AND TAXES
Prices are based on rates and taxes in force at the time of quotation
Prices are subject to change due to changes in taxes surcharge or supplier conditions until final payment is received
Quoted prices do not include optional extras unless specifically stated
DOCUMENTS AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
It is your responsibility to ensure all travel documents including passport visas and health certificates are valid and in order
TGOTRIP can provide guidance but is not responsible for denial of entry or travel due to incorrect documentation
LIABILITY
TGOTRIP acts only as an agent for third party suppliers
We accept no liability for injury death loss delay or damage arising out of supply or failure of any third party service provider
Our liability to you is limited to the extent of liability accepted by the relevant supplier and under applicable law
INSURANCE
You are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel insurance that covers cancellation illness medical expenses personal injury and loss of baggage
Insurance is your responsibility and should be arranged at the time of booking
FORCE MAJEURE
TGOTRIP is not liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters industrial action government action epidemics war or terrorism
In such events refunds or changes are subject to supplier terms
HEALTH AND SAFETY
You must inform TGOTRIP of any medical condition or special requirement at the time of booking
Not all services or suppliers can accommodate special needs and TGOTRIP is not liable for inability to provide special assistance unless confirmed in writing
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Any complaint during travel must be notified immediately to the local supplier and to TGOTRIP so that remedial action can be taken
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within the time period specified in the itinerary specific terms
Disputes will be subject to the governing law clause below
DATA PROTECTION
We collect and use personal data to process bookings and provide travel services
We will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws
By booking you consent to the use of your data for these purposes and for contact about your booking
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND BRANDING
All materials produced by TGOTRIP including itineraries images and text are the property of TGOTRIP INDIA unless otherwise stated
You may not reproduce distribute or publish such materials without written permission
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India
